Please be advised of essential maintenance work required on our partner's NEOS Fibre Network Platform. They are required to carry out a fibre migration to move traffic away from a damaged fibre. This requires the fibres to be cut. The window scheduled accounts for the traffic Management in place, the stipulations from the local council and the Highways agency and the size of the fibre that is being worked on.
Due to the redundant nature of the UK Servers network this maintenance is not expected to be service affecting for our customers as traffic will automatically re-route on alternative paths however due to the nature of the work the network to our Coventry site should be deemed at risk during this period.
