NEOS Networks have informed us of urgent works to resolve a network alarm within their Ciena shelf at Reading National DC. The maintenance is deemed as non service impacting and notification is for awareness purpose only. Vendor Support & Neos technical teams will be carrying out activity within shelf remotely to clear DOC Invalid Photonic Domain alarm so the Shelf can see channels. The NOC will be monitoring the network throughout. This activity is being carried out under controlled change to ensure completion in a timely manner with no disruption to service. We do apologise for this short notice and appreciate your patience whilst this issue is resolved.
