Please be advised of essential maintenance works required on NEOS Optical Transmission Platform as part of their 88 Channel Upgrade Project. They will be upgrading WSS cards as part of a major program of works across their entire estate. Services will experience an outage during the work and whilst the full outage window has been requested it is not expected that the work will need the whole window and the engineer will endeavor to restore services as quickly as possible.
Due to the redundant nature of the UK Servers network this maintenance is not expected to be service affecting for our customers as traffic will automatically re-route on alternative paths however due to the nature of the work the network to our Coventry site should be deemed at risk during this period.
