Please be advised of essential maintenance work required on NEOS Fibre Network Platform. Patch lead tidy up of all existing patches connected into ODF in rack J13 at Reading Daisy. Works will involve un-patching one circuit at a time. Once unpatched the patch lead is to be redressed in the ODF with the excess patch lead to be left coiled on top of the rack. This is required to allow the installation of new equipment. Outage to each service is not expected to be more then 30 minutes within the window.
Due to the redundant nature of the UK Servers network this maintenance is not expected to be service affecting for our customers as traffic will automatically re-route on alternative paths however due to the nature of the work the network to our Coventry site should be deemed at risk during this period.
