Please be advised of essential maintenance work required on our partner's - NEOS Fibre Network Platform. They are required to carry out joint audit to determine the quality of existing joint conditions, once complete they will look to arrange future works to migrate services onto the new joint. The window scheduled accounts for the traffic Management in place, the stipulations from the local council and the Highways agency and the size of the fibre that is being worked on. Whilst NEOS do not expect any impact to our services, the intrusive nature of this work means that there is a possibility that we may see brief service hits and therefore we are advising you accordingly, we apologise for any inconvenience in advance. Please note that this work is night 1 of 2 scheduled and further notification will follow for the second date.
Due to the redundant nature of the UK Servers network this maintenance is not expected to be service affecting for our customers as traffic will automatically re-route on alternative paths however due to the nature of the work the network to our Coventry site should be deemed at risk during this period.
